I’m fascinated by the how violin is used in different countries and the way that improvisation is taught in classical and folk traditions.

In 2012 I travelled to Mysore to study Indian classical violin with Nadayogi V. Ambaprasad. This culminated in an article for the Strad magazine.

My first  book “Music Theory for Kids” will be released in September 2021 published by Hal Leonard.
