Play

I have been performing internationally for 20 years in a wide variety of contexts and genre.

I started my career as a classical violinist in the Philamonia de Santiago, Chile and continued to play with orchestras when I returned to the UK, including several tours with the National Symphony Orchestra.

My fascination with improvised music led me to study Indian classical music in Mysore with Nadayogi  V. Ambraprasad, which culminated in an article for Strad Magazine.

As a jazz musician, I have performed many international venues and festivals including the North Sea, ELB, Montreaux, Cork and London jazz festivals including tours with Bill Laurence and Micheal League of Snarky Puppy.

In 2019 I was invited to perform a series of improvisations inspired by the work of J.S. Bach at the San Francisco Conservatoire, California.

As a member of the Heritage orchestra I have performed with artists such as Aphex Twin, Anna Calvi, Goldie, Tim Minchin, Anthon and Pete Tong.

My West End credits include Bend It Like Beckham, Sunshine on Leith, Top Hat and Scotsboro boys.
